Our digital learning materials, including e-guides and recordings, are licensed for individual use.

3. Goods

We offer branded training kits and printed materials.

4. Payments

All fees are due in advance. You agree to pay based on the selected offering at the listed price.

5. Refund Policy

a. Services

To ensure satisfaction, service fees may be refunded under the following:

• Requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment account within 10 business days.
• You may choose to transfer your session to another date or team member if more convenient.
• Certain custom workshops are non-refundable due to dedicated preparation. We advise confirmation before purchase.

b. Infoproducts

Digital materials may be refunded under these conditions:

• Requests within 14 days of download are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment account.
• Once downloaded, transfers to another user are not supported.

c. Goods

For physical items:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Defective items are eligible for a full refund; please provide photo evidence.
• Shipping charges may apply for replacement shipping.
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is property of riskmindlab. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid. We are not liable for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
